My elderly Mum and I hired Frank McCarthy based on the fantastic reviews on MyBuild. We are so happy we did! From the outset, Frank was so helpful and inspired complete confidence. He went straight round to meet Mum and established that a replacement fuse box was not required only replacement clips which brought the cost right down. He also installed a new earth cable without charge. This kind of honesty, integrity and professionalism is sometimes hard to find. Not in Frank's case! He did an outstanding job and he is a good man. We commissioned FMC Electrical to replace an old fuse box with a new metal RCD consumer unit and install a new extraction hood. Frank was very knowledgeable and explained what would be required and was happy to spend time (before his quote was accepted) planning how best to complete the job.
