Very friendly and prompt service! Came out at our first convenience and sorted the issue we had with our roof. Would definitely use again in the future and recommend!

William Whyte phoned me immediately to arrange a quote. He was polite & knowledgable. He offered a variety of payment methods once the job was completed We accepted his quote & turned up at the agreed day & time The staff were as knowledgeable & completed the job along side Will. We asked them to do extra work which was again quoted before completing. The job was finished to a high standard with health & safety adhered to at all times. The lads cleaned & tidied as they went. Overall very happy with the jobs would highly recommend & use again if needed

If you are thinking of having any work done on your roof we would definitely recommend First Choice Roofing Contractors as they have just completed a full re- roof for us including builidng a dormer window and replacement of velux windows. We were concerned about getting the right people for the job but when we first met Will and Mike we could see that they were really genuine tradesmen who would be able to transform our cottage roof into something special. They explained that they would work everyday until the job was completed and they would not move onto another job until ours was completely finished, which they did. They always turned up on time and worked long hours to finish the roof on schedule when they said they would, keeping us informed all along the way. They have a great team who are always polite and courteous and who will bend over backwards to please you including keeping everything and everywhere as tidy as possible. Their workmanship is a credit to them and five of our neighbours in the street have already asked them to do work on their homes too.. The cottage is now watertight, looks fantastic with its red roof and the additional dormer has made such a difference. A huge ‘Thank you’ Will, Mike and your team ..

We are extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service we received from Will and his team. When I first saw his interest in the job I was concerned about the distance he would have to travel for a small job, but I shortlisted him and messaged this concern. Almost immediately he called me back. It was obvious that he had studied the job photos carefully because his initial thoughts about the problem were the same as an experienced roofer who had previously looked at the roof. However Will stressed that he needed to do a proper inspection before he could confirm the correct remedy and give a quotation, he also made very clear that we were under no obligation to accept the quotation. I was amazed that he was able to come the next day. In spite of the 90 miles travelled his team arrived exactly on time and started work within minutes and confirmed the problem and remedy quickly. His quote was in line with the cost estimated by the other roofer and as the job could be completed there and then we hired them. They worked steadily and carefully as an organised team and Will inspected the rest of the roof and fitted a missing piece of eaves protection. They were very through in clearing up after themselves, and the job was completed in less than 24 hours from the expression of interest. We have no reservation in recommending First Choice Roofing Contractors.

Overall very good service. Always able to contact and turned up on time to do quote. Friendly and considerate. Punctual to do work on shed roof, was kept updated on what was happening. Pleased with the work that has been done, looks a lot better and is watertight. Area was left clean and tidy.

First Choice were hassle free, accomodating and able to start on the same day they came out to quote - ideal for the emergency roof work we needed to get watertight. They threw in some extra work free of charge and without prompting reached out to sort any niggles even after we paid. Honest, reliable tradesmen.

Excellent service from start to finish. Thorough quote accompanied with video to demonstrate the areas that needed work. Job completed in good time with no mess and all waste removed. Will also provided video coverage of the work completed as well as photos of the work in progress. Certainly a quick thing to do but shows a real thought for the customer. Would definitely employee First Choice again and would recommend them without hesitation.
