Arrived when said he would after good communication during week prior. However felt the job was too big on arrival despite all measurements and full description of works to be done given to him. Stated he would be using carpet adhesive on the grippers and warned there would be over spray which probably couldn’t be cleaned off (we have just had every thing freshly painted). Not interested in protecting the skirting for this. Guaranteed damages to skirting quoting 100% chance. Walked off site without doing any works stating ‘too many restrictions’. We have since had carpet fitted with no damage to skirting. Pleasent chap, just not willing to alter his techniques at all.

Turned up on time, was fast and efficient and did a fantastic job for a fair price at short notice. Would definitely use again.

Wayne did an excellent job fitting our carpet. He was polite, efficient and careful with his work. From first posting the job, Wayne responded quickly to all our queries and when we had to change the fitting date at short notice he could not have been more accommodating.
