Wayne fitted our new underlay and carpet this morning and did a fantastic job. He was friendly yet professional and I would not hesitate in using him again. Our carpet was on a large roll, and was placed outside the bedroom on the landing. I asked him to shout me after the underlay was down, so that I could help him place the carpet in the bedroom, as it was long and heavy and very awkward. After some time had passed I went upstairs to see if he was ready, but he had already moved the roll of carpet into the bedroom on his own. He must be some superhuman, and I cannot fathom how he managed on his own. Also because of the thickness of the finished carpet laying, the door was too long so he even took the door off for me without bother and I thank him very much.

Couldn’t have found a better person to fit our carpets!! Wayne was on time, fit us in last minute, and a lovely person in general. Would highly recommend his work, perfectionist to a t and we are in love with our carpet. 10/10 !!!

Friendly, honest and upfront about the refit of a carpet. Managed our expectations from the start. Refit was does properly. Carpet looks much better. We also had a good chat. :-) Will definitely use Wayne again.
