He cleaned up after himself and I would not hesitate to use him again...in fact I did need a post box lock changing and so called him back in based on his excellent work on the first job. Steve was very personable and friendly. Arrived on time, did an excellent job with attention to detail (one Ingersoll/latch, one mortice lock, two bolts on inside; locks changed on completion of flat purchase) checking with me whether I wanted brass or silver locks to get everything matching. I could tell he was diligent and particular about everything looking right (eg he commented on the spy hole not being in line - which annoys me too). Left everything clean and insisted on sweeping up even though there was already rubbish and sawdust on the floor from my moving in. Very honest - explained to me why the garage door needed to be replaced, not the lock and why I should keep the locks that were removed.
