Stephen went above and beyond for us. He ended up being here for two full days trying to fix our heating. He was thorough and persistent in ensuring he left with the job complete and successful, despite the mysteries it was presenting. Stephen was very quick to respond to my posted job and communication was clear throughout the process. After having bought the wrong timer for my boiler, he recommended the correct one and he fitted it for a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the new smart timer and very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Stephen came the morning after my job was posted which was amazing! Having discussed exactly what needed doing he then returned today, fitted and set up a new thermostat. Delighted with service I received and have already made arrangements for a radiator to be replaced in early January. Punctual, professional and really helpful. Highly recommended!
