Fault with a plug socket
EPM we’re excellent! They were very responsive, came out the same day and repaired my plug socket! Highly recommend!

Rewired a student house.
We regularly use Exeter Property Maintenance for the majority of our works within our Rental and Sales properties. EPM have been fantastic, they have have multiple tradesmen under their umbrella who can help us with anything from boiler repairs to full renovation works and everything inbetween. Really friendly and reliable and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Install double socket for new CCTV
I needed a double socket to enable me to have CCTV at my property EPM were very efficient and did the work with the minimum disruption to my day. Cheerful, helpful and left everything clean and tidy too.
