Friendly, engaging and knowledgeable tradesperson. He had to work through torrential rain, but with a smile throughout. My troublesome trees (approx. 20'+ tall) were in serious need of topping and trimming. He did a wonderful job. I have had these trees for about 28 years and although they had alway been trimmed every Spring & Autumn, they never looked as good as this time. I am so pleased with the results. I have already requested his services for next Spring and i would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone! This is a person who can communicate and understand the customer's requirements and execute them perfectly!

Wow what a friendly and professional team that tackled my big overgrown jungle like a walk in the park! All done and finished in one day by 3pm. Felled a massive conifer and about 4 other trees, chopped, chipped, stacked and was kind and attentive to my elderly neighbour donating a few logs to him for being helpful with access. Craig’s a lovely chap - customer care and attention to me and my neighbour 110% can’t go wrong 🙂

Craig was super friendly and helpful. Had two trees that I wanted removing in the front. Couldn’t take them down initially due to nesting but Craig kept checking in and came back to do the job as soon as possible. I didn’t need to follow up or chase at all. Both trees were taken down in a day. Super efficient and tidy and very reasonably priced. Really happy with the service, I would definitely recommend!

Craig & team were fantastic from start to finish. The quote process was perfect, communication and updates were top notch and the job was done exactly as agreed with no issues whatsoever. He is very personable and was happy to answer any questions I threw his way. Before the job begun. Craig even went above-and-beyond to help clear out the surrounding area before starting the main work, whilst constantly ensuring I was happy with the process throughout. He takes a very eco and nature-friendly approach to the job whilst also ensuring the work area is left spotless (this applied to the neighbours' properties too). It's a shame trees don't grow as quickly as grass, because I'd very happily have him & team back on a regular basis!

Craig provided some great advice and recommendations around wildlife preservation and habitat reclamation. He did an excellent job of appropriately clearing all of the trees and undergrowth that I asked (despite it being a somewhat awkward location) and made some recommendations on how I can help to control it going forward. Would definitely recommend.

It was a really positive experience dealing with Craig. He did an excellent job removing our tree. He cleared up all the mess and was keen to know that we were happy with the finished results. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig for both his expertise and his customer care.
