Craig was very professional and his communication regarding the tree feeling job very second to none. Removed all the waste as planned and was very competitive with his price. He supplied photos of the work as I couldn’t be there and would highly recommend him to anyone to use. Having come across some cowboys in this field previously Craig stands out from the rest. I will be using him again if required and I will recommend him to people without questioning it. Excellent service

Craig's attention to detail to both understanding what was being requested of him then delivering on that, in full, can not be faulted. Added to which, Craig cares about and respects that he is working on your property and does everything he can to minimize his impact on your day to day living. Highly recommended not just as a tree surgeon but as an example of how all trades people could and should operate.

Good price, great work, and excellent service from start to finish. Craig came out to look at the job and provided a competitive quote immediately. The work was done to a very high standard with great skill and care and, the site was left clean and tidy, despite the very bad weather. If you receive other quotes that are competitive or even slightly cheaper I would still highly recommend you use the services of Embark Treecare...worth every penny. Craig is a great tree surgeon and a genuinely nice, reliable guy!

Craig has done a wonderful job of removing our silver birch. He arrived and got straight on with the job finishing about three hours later. He took everything away and cleaned up the whole area so it was spotless. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tree surgeon.
