Craig is really great. He did a fantastic job getting rid of a VERY awkward and large tree for us. He thoroughly cleaned up when finished - my garden and my neighbour’s. I’ve already passed his details to another neighbour with my highest recommendation. And he’s a really nice chap too!

Craig answered my initial request on myBuilder for quotes within an hour and arranged to visit my house within a few hours at the end of his working day. I waited to receive other quotes but his enthusiasm and professionalism won the day. His estimate was competitive too. Once the storms, Eunice and Franklin had passed, he arranged to come the next morning. He arrived on time and set to work thinning and shaping the tree. He consulted me about the various options available together with pertinent advice. The result was excellent and I am delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending Craig Hyde from Embark Treecare
