I kept much of it for fire wood, and Craig mulched the rest on site (and we also kept that as useful for the garden), though he would have happily taken it away if we'd wanted. The job was completed as agreed and was done even in the snow! Craig was friendly, polite and gave us lots of helpful advice. Craig really is a top professional at his work. He as invested a lot of money in his equipment as a result can price very keenly, as his equipment allows him to carry out the work in record time. Review left on 15 Dec 2017Rating: 1 out of 5Two large trees need tidying up.(Updated on 8 May 2018)We booked in on a specific date and changed other personal commitments to suit Craig's availability and he then cancelled last minute, first thing in the morning and then expected us to be able to rebook at short notice for a time convenient to him. I've been left feeling very let down and disappointed by his actions.Answer from tradesperson:
I was prepared to travel to England for the potential client but at 6 o'clock in the morning I received an emergency call out to deal with a failed tree in Wenvoe which was blocking a road. I text the potential client explaining the situation and offered to go to him the following day but he declined that offer and then put the negative feedback regarding the situation onto my account. In my mind dealing with a snapped and dangerous tree had priority over everything else especially where the public is concerned.
