I highly recommend Jonathan Bennett of Elite Security Systems. He responded to my post regarding an alarm service, and arrived on time, on the arranged day. Jonathan was very professional and knowledgable, and explained what he was doing and why! He was very thorough and I feel he went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. The price I paid is exactly what was agreed before the job started. He answered any questions I had and later that day, provided some information by email that I had requested about a possible further job. I would not hesitate to use Elite Security Systems again!

Jonathan was quick to respond and updated control panel with smartcom so we can use the app which allow us set the alarm remotely. Very happy with how it works and he did a thorough job of going through the system and fixing things where needed. He had utmost patience explaining everything in great detail and we feel reassured that he’s always at the end of the phone if we have any more questions. I would hire him again for future work.
