Elite Roofing and Building completed the job on time, effectively, were polite, consultative and very tidy. Great job. I asked Pete to quote for some lead work and redoing guttering/soffits etc as additional work, which I’ve subsequently commissioned.

Pete and his dad went above and beyond my expectations for the job in hand, they came and gave a prompt estimate and as I say supplied some items which wasn’t mentioned in the original estimate, they erected the scaffolding, stripped my roof, renewed felt, insulated the roof , installed the correct tiles which should of been on the roof 20 years ago which in turn sorted out a horrible damp problem which has plagued the house for the last 20 yrs…..would highly recommend and will be using them for any other roofing jobs on my other properties. Thanks again guys and was a pleasure working with you!

Pete his dad and the team have been nothing but professional throughout the time they have worked on my property. Pete came around the next day after replying to my post and gave a no obligation quote and was very helpful providing advice when I asked about specific things that I thought that I needed doing, which I didn't and ended up saving some money. Pete and his team had the scaffolding up in good time and began work on the Monday, with a work timeliness of 4-5 days, the job was completed in 3. The communication between Pete and myself about the job was spot on he would give me daily updates about everything that had been done that day before he would leave. Invoices were all provided promptly all questions were answered and I was never left in the dark with any work that needed doing. 100% would recommend Pete and his team to anyone that is looking to get ant minor or major roof working done in the future.

Peter came as agreed to view and give the quote and the quote was reasonable and did the work with high standard. Pointed out some issues which needs to be done . Would definitely hire him for the future works

Very good service from start to finish. Regular contact with me regarding times weather etc and a good job done to my chimneys all at a fair price.
