Although I did not meet Pete face to face, he made speaking to him on the phone so easy. He is very professional in his approach as he came to assess the damage, took photographs of the area that needed attention before he started the work. After that, photos were emailed with clear annotations of what the issues were and what needed doing. I appreciated that Pete did not harass me with sales talk; he just waited for me to make contact. He tuned up for the job while I was at work; did the job, sent pictures of the process and the outcome and emailed his receipt. Pete even sorted out another problem that he picked up - but this was done in consultation with me. I have since requested a the 10 year guarantee with his letterhead from him which he kindly offered to drop through the post. Pete is a professional and I have asked him to do another job for me and would hire him again. I would also highly recommend him to other people, needing an efficient, friendly and professional company which is willing to negotiate within reason. Thank you Pete.

Contacted me for a free estimate, arrived on time for the estimate, very knowledgeable and could see straight away where the problem was. He has also pointed out some other issues, and will be back to rectify once we have a little more funds. Pete and his team were brilliant explained what needed doing with out any pressure and was very quick to get back with our quote. All the team were very polite nothing was too much trouble, we are very pleased with all the work carried out it's all to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy and the end of the working day and when work was completed. All in all a fantastic job by Pete and the team and would highly recommend to anyone. 😀
