Scott quoted a competitive price, was able to complete the job within the timeframes we wanted. We had problems with the carpet which were due to poor quality of the manufacturing, Scott returned to help put these issues correct even though he was not obliged to do so. Next time I buy a carpet it will be through an independent company not Tapi. I can highly recommend Scott

Excellent Service. He turned up on time to fit a carpet and underlay we had purchased online. He fitted the carpet quickly and extremely well. Cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Would definitely use again and recommend him to others.

great job done scott was brilliant highly recommend him to anyone.

He brought the wrong colour flooring. We had chosen a lighter one but he laid dark oak. He had laid so much of it before I noticed, so I decided to let him finish it rather than have to wait for him to reorder the correct one and pull up what he had already done. He did make a good job of it but he wasn't very sociable and left packing material and tile off-cuts laying about after he left which I had to dispose of myself. Not very professional in my opinion.
