scott and mitchell came to see me very soon after i had contacted the site. they were very helpful with advice on types of flooring and which would work better in my park home. e-mailed me the next day with quotes,very detailed, and easy to understand! they made a brilliant job with my hall and I am very pleased with the service that Elite provides and would recommend them to anyone. thanks boys!!

A reliable company or good job completed, frequent phrases loosely banded about by people reviewing work they have requested. But it’s only when the work is not straight forward and has a snag that you find out if the company go that extra to ensure customer satisfaction. At the 11th hour, the carpet delivered was the incorrect shade and the supplier was talking about redelivering the following week. We were replacing carpet in 4 rooms which had already been cleared of furniture. Elite carpets worked with their contacts to arrange for a delivery the next day. Our job was completed within 24 hours of the original plan. It would have been very easy for Elite Flooring to walk away and return the following week, but to their credit they went that extra mile to ensure they provided top customer satisfaction. Would I recommend them, Yes I would based on the work completed being top notch, a very competitive price and customer service that was as good, if not better than their competitors. Based on the work they did for me, they won't let you down. Thanks for an excellent job.

Very happy with the work carried out. They had considerable difficulty as the floor under the old laminate they were replacing was unexpectedly damp and very uneven. They had to lay small sections of the new floor at a time which meant many visits were required and a great deal of patience! Would highly recommend them.

The lads did an exemplary job laying my laminate flooring. This was not a simple job with different floor heights and doorways to negotiate. They sailed through it taking each obstacle as it came and solving it. The result looks excellent. I could not be more pleased. Really professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Great job lads.
