    Lay Laminate Flooring

    Had no word after arranging a date after calling 5 times and multiple texts sent which were makes as read.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    How can you give feedback without the job being done?! Customer text yesterday to ask if I was still coming tomorrow, I replied yes I was! She then attempted to call me twice this evening at 8pm while I wasn't with my phone, then text to say that as I hadn't answered she doesn't want me to come and fit the flooring tomorrow and she would make other arrangements! I tried calling twice and she wouldn't answer and now an hour later has left negative feedback. What was so urgent to call anyway at 8pm when I had already confirmed I was coming tomorrow? First negative feedback on here and massively unhappy with this customer, no need at all for a massive over-reaction that could now affect my chances of winning work elsewhere.

    Fitting 45msq vinyl flooring

    Scott did a brilliant job. He arrived when he said he would. He was really helpful (helping to move furniture which was not on the job description!) And the floor looks brilliant. Will definitely be using Scott again.

    To Fit A Wooden Floor

    Scott laid wooden flooring in our conservatory. We are very pleased with the work carried out. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

    Supply and lay carpet stairs and whole upsairs of 3 bed

    Fit laminate flooring in entrance and living room

    engineered wood flooring

    Scott and his brothers did a fantastic job laying carpet throughout my flat. A very professional service, from start to finish. Very pleased, all completed to a quality finish, in a morning ! Would highly recommend.
