He asked for 50% of the balance upfront. Rather than pay cash upfront I paid the merchant for the goods ordered.
I cancelled the job on delivery day when I realised that an incomplete /wrong order had been placed by him. He will not supply me with the invoice from the merchant even although I paid using MY OWN bank card, but as it was through his account the invoice was sent to his email address. He added extra for removal even although removal was in with original quote. He will no longer answer any of my calls or reply to my texts or emails as he knows that he's in the wrong. His name is not even Edward. It is Martin!! Please be warned and don't make the same mistake as I did.

We didnt want 50% we just wanted a money for materials. However we agreed customer can order it herself thru our account so customer could use our discounts which she done. Invoice for materials been emailed to customer by Marcin. Customer cancelled a job 2 days before start date because she noticed she doesnt have a handrails calculated because she never mentioned it before and she cant afford to pay for them extra. As far as we are concered our job didnt even start. We didnt charge even a 1p so not sure why we should still phone customer if it was her decision.
