It's always a concern trying to find a new craftsman for a building project as we all hear the horror stories of other people. However, this is not one of those horror stories, far from it in fact.
Derek and his team have been excellent throughout our projects to have bespoke builds of a new workshop on the side of an existing structure and, in addition to the original requirement, a versatile 6m x 4m garden office room, with 6m x 4m matching deck area.
From the initial site visit and discussion, where Derek demonstrated his enthusiasm and understanding of our requirements, through delivering a set of plans, designs, and quotes, including suggestions on approach and features, resulted in agreeing to go ahead with the builds.
Starting on time every day, working through most weathers, and keeping us updated on progress, it was a pleasure having Derek working on the builds. There were a number of small adjustments made during the project, which were discussed and delivered as agreed without issue.
I would not hesitate to recommend Derek and his team at Dallen to anyone and have already done so to friends, who are already in discussions about a potential project. And I will definitely be using Dallen again in the future.
