James and his team were fantastic, start to finish. Wayne (one of the team) came out to see me and talk through the job, what style I had in mind, what was possible with the wood burner and together we arrived at a cost and a design which was exactly within budget and personal taste. I also wanted the a bit of extra work doing to the chimney, so it was in keeping with the street, and the arial turning to face the right way (this was from a previous supplier not connected to Echotech) all of which was no problem at all for the team.
On the day James and Dave arrived 10am on the dot as they said they would! Really decent guys, dead easy to talk to, very approachable, nothing seemed too much trouble for them, they just got on with it. Brilliant. All the way through the day (I was working from home upstairs so we were able to socially distance) they kept me informed of progress which I really appreciated. Even when I changed the colour of the tiles for the back plate, Wayne drove over with the new ones and the team carried on. I've been able to recycle the old mantelpiece and use it for this installation which again James and Dave accommodated into the work. They were brilliant on the day, made it look easy, which I am sure it wasn't in places! Made sure the room was tidy and made sure I was comfortable with working the new burner after a couple of run throughs with them. Absolutely love my new wood burner and I can't praise this company enough. So glad I chose them.
