Ecotechstoves and Chimney Specialists have been a genuinely approachable and professional company throughout every aspect of installing a multi-fuel stove in my home. Sophie and Wayne provided excellent levels of communication, answering any and all questions I might have had no matter how small; even down to how the hearth would be sited without damaging the appearance of my existing laminate flooring - the solution and end result was incredible. On the day of installation itself the friendly team of 4-5 arrived at the estimated time and after a thorough discussion about dimension/product specifications was agreed the work began in earnest. Once the old brickwork had been removed (with every care taken to keep debris and dust to a minimum) it was diligently placed in neat piles in my back yard as requested on account of me hiring a skip soon - However, for a relatively small fee Ecotechstoves would have removed all waste on the day. Wayne brought the darkest hearth in stock (I didn't want it too light) but I was informed that the stone could darkened anyway by easily sealing it at a later date. It was cut to the depth that I had requested, which in turn resulted in a better finish than I could have hoped for. The mantelpiece beam was cut and finished to the specifications discussed (I listened to all advice for optimum aesthetics) and the stove itself looks astounding; plus it was thoroughly demonstrated and works like a dream. I highly recommend - A+++++

Did an excellent job, don't think the previous occupiers ever bothered to clean it so was tougher and dirtier job than normal for him. Left clean as well. Will use again next spring/summer. Highly recommend.

The whole experience dealing with ecotechstoves has been flawless from start to finish with Sophie being in constant contact throughout the booking in process to Wayne and team turning up bang on time and cracking on with the job in hand. I am super happy with the log burner install and thankful i found this company as they are truly an amazing company. Thank you.

The sweep was excellent. Unbeknownst to us our fire (in our new house) was actually pretty new! We'd booked a full service, but Josh informed us that as the fire was so new it would be a waste of money. So offered to just perform a sweep if we were happy with his advice. The sweep was polite, friendly and offered advice on how to get the most out of our fireplace.

Where do we begin, these are the kind of people you want working in your home. The log burner is wonderful. The installation was outstanding. They covered everything and cleaned up any dust around. They were polite and very supportive explaining everything at every stage of the job. We can’t thank them all enough, starting with the lady who took the order to the guys who completed the job.If you are looking to have a log burner fitted this is the company to use they do everything in a seamless and professional way.
