Randomly we did all the initial discussion over what's app. Please don't let this put you off! The guys are over an hour away so makes perfect sense. I went to over 5 tradesmen and James and the team, even over messaging, gave me the most confidence. The guys arrived, explained exactly what would happen and then rang me once done. Fabulous finish and to a very high standard. Highly recommended. It was an empty property so no doubt easier than dealing with someone living there but that wouldn't have made a difference. Overall 5*
