we found Dan to be a very hard worker and caring about protecting our property .very sociable and polite.he was on time every day and kept site clean. we were very pleased with his work and would use him again. it's a relief when you find a builder you can trust ,he is not pushy so no pressure to get a quote. definitely worth getting his advice and quote.

Dan, was brilliant from the very start. We weren’t looking at a major extension but that didn’t seem to make a difference his service was great. He turned it all around really quick and done a really good clean job. Very impressed and glad to now have his details for all future works.

Very pleased with all the work done by Dan, Darren and George with extra expertise from electrician James. They all worked with a very cheerful demeanour and were able to be flexible when ideas changed and extra jobs were found. The order of tasks was well planned and Dan made sure materials were presented on time for each stage of the overall job. A reasonable interim payment was asked for after two weeks and Dan was very good with his communication. In fact all the team were happy to explain what they were doing and offer advice about jobs that were not part of their remit. All in all, both my wife and myself were very happy with the quality of workmanship and are confident in recommending Dan and his team for a wide variety of building jobs. Dan arrived on time and was both polite and respectful of our property. The quote he had provided was competitive and although the job threw him one or two curveballs, he remained cheerful throughout. He made really helpful suggestions along the way, talked us through what he was doing and why, and cleaned up after the job. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan and will be putting much more work his way in the future.

Dan provided two very competitive quotes for levelling my patio area, one for overlaying with concrete and one for decking. I decided to go for the decking and am very pleased with end result. It has transformed the garden. Dan (with assistance from his Dad) did a great job, keeping me informed along the way, putting in the extra hours to complete the job in two days and clearing up afterwards. I would certainly be happy to employ Dan again and recommend him to others.

Without doubt I would recommend Dan as a builder to anybody. From the moment he came to look at my cellar to see what needed doing, right through to completion, I felt relaxed knowing that the job was in competent hands. There were various ways of getting the task done, a beam needed replacing and I wasn't sure about some of the joists and there was a hole in my floorboards where the wood had rotted. I had several builders around to view the works and the reason I hired Dan was because I thought his methods were the most sensible and efficient. What I really liked was that I had ideas about what needed doing and Dan guided me in the right direction, which was exactly what I wanted from a builder. I would definitely use him again.

Dan just finnished my shed base, excellant job, was polite, worked hard and cleaned up after him, would recommend him to all my friends, also his quote was a very fair price. Good job.
