I was very happy with David. He did a fiddly painstaking high plant removal job for me with patience and total engagement over several hours and was keen to keep me informed and involved in its progress so that the finished job was to my satisfaction, which it was. David completed my various small jobs today; mended garden bench, fixed leaks in conservatory gutter, sawed up an unsafe very large ladder, and removed as much as possible of an invasive ivy. Very pleased with Dave's work cutting our hedge. Very reasonably priced and he had a very amiable manner. He was also very safety conscious about spreading the virus by wearing a mask at all times and keeping at a safe distance from us. Dave has not been in touch. In the circumstances this is understandable. A phone call would have been good.We have had no contact since.Answer from tradesperson:
This negative feedback is unfair and harmful to my business. At this time of Covid-19, I have not been working as ive been at home looking after my family as my wife is a NHS worker, working 12 hour shifts. As the customer has said in her own words in the circumstances this is understandable. I have spoken to this customer saying i would come and look at the hedge in a few weeks time when life returns back to normal.
