    Flashing leak on 2nd floor

    Gable wood falling off.

    Roof work completed as agreed. Work was done quickly and within agreed budget. TV Aerial cable was unpinned and then left swinging in the wind at side of house despite asking a few times to sort ( doesn’t look good). Place not left especially tidy with left over clumps of cement and large tufts of grass from the roof/gutter left on the ground. Overall reasonably happy. Good communication.

    Water Ingress around Dormer window

    Great work by David and his team. Good assessment of the problems I was having with my roof, and they were fixed promptly to prevent further water ingress. Very friendly and I would definitely use them again.

    Replace new felt on pitched roof

    Re set three tiles next to chimney and point one ridge

    David came to do the job but couldn't due to young gulls being on the roof said he would come back but didn't. so had to get another roofer to do the job
