This I'm afraid is very misleading. As you were told and had sympathy with I had delays to my schedule due to a job at the beginning of the week. I don't wish to make this distasteful and had in fact left this as what it was after you decided to pay whatever you fancied rather than the bill due which I had discounted appropriately and more. You stated unsociable hours, however, you had issue with this only after you were issued a pro forma invoice for the additional work, as well as a host of absurd claims including one that my behaviour was totally unacceptable for wishing my daughter good night on the phone. On the Thursday evening you say here I took 4 hours to hang a door and furnish. This evening I arrived at 4pm and left at 7pm. You stated in your complaint to me that I chatted endlessly before starting work but you wanted the decorator to show me what needed doing additionally - work to be completed before he returned on Monday, hence late finish.
