Kevin was :- Extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was a tricky job as the original installation ( pre owning the property) was done poorly and in a very awkward and tight space. Kevin had to go and get additional parts and was thus late attending his next appointment but never complained or showed annoyance simply knuckled down to getting the job done properly. Would recommend to friends and family with no hesitation and will happily ask him to do any future jobs in the future 😊
