Hi Gareth, I am totally shocked to read this review, I spoke with you after visiting the property to tell you of my findings before issuing you the survey, you even told me that the job was mine on completion of buying the property so I’m confused to read this. I have not had any telephone call from you since the survey was sent, are you dialling the correct number? I never ignore customers calls just look at all my reviews, it doesn’t make sense to ignore your calls if I thought the job was mine. I’m shocked to read that I’m unreliable and unprofessional as this is definitely not what I am. I will telephone you when I get to the office. Dave

Dave came and gave a fair quote, did the work as promised, which was extensive as plaster and rafter needed replacing. Did some extra jobs too like installing extractor fan as damp in bathroom. All done to high standard and punctual, honest and polite. Highly recommend and will be using again!
