Donovan arrived slightly early -10.20 instead of 10.30 - and did a good job for a very reasonable price. He cleared up after and left everything tidy.

I couldn't fault Donovan's work ethic, he worked non-stop and offered a fair price for the work done. The tiling was done to a decent standard. Unfortunately 2 or 3 things were slightly disappointing. He wasn't very accurate about his start times e.g. he indicated he would be in at around 9:30-9:45 on day 2, but started work around 12 noon. Some lead pencil marks were left on the porcelain tiles (and then sealed) and were very difficult to remove. They only came off with a significant amount (hours) of scrubbing by me with a household bleach. Donovan also left the old tiles and bags of rubbish on the footpath outside the house which I hadn't realised - and had to sort out after he had left. Donovan can obviously do some very decent work, but clearer communication, timeframes etc would help.

Donovan did an amazing job tiling our kitchen. He's a nice guy too and will do a good job without any fuss. He even managed to get us a discount for materials required for the job. Highly recommend.

I had very limited access to the property and for a short period, I was looking for someone whose main expertise was tiling and to turn up on the day without having previously seen the work in question, and get on with the job with as minimum of fuss as possible, Donovan Rochdale was the right guy, however expensive, he did a great job and gave good advice. Many thanks.

After a little confusion over start time, Don started the job on a weekend which was great. He did an excellent job, we're really pleased with the results and would certainly hire him again. A courteous & thoughtful chap. Just the type of person you'd hope to find on mybuilder. Definitely recommended.

Donovan has a laid back demeanour which belies his speedy and high quality work. His timekeeping was less than perfect, but once on the job the tiles just seemed to fly up. I'm very pleased with the quality of the finish too- from what i've seen, he's evidently a skilled tiler.

Donovan is the only builder I have met who showed up in a taxi, wearing a smart polo shirt. :-) He got the work done within a day and did it properly. Thank you!

Donovan was flexible and helpful on arranging the time for doing the work. The quality of the work was good and although the job took a little longer than expected, instead of rushing the work he came back the next day to finish it properly at the agreed price.

Donovan done a wonderful job. Rates were very competitive, would employ again.
