Quick efficent and accomodating worker

Great job - done well and fast without any fuss and able to realise I didn't need ply underneath as I had thought as floor was stable. Really pleased with result and price - kitchen tiles look great. Really good finish to it all. Many thanks

Donovan was, quite simply, amazing. He turned up on time, he cleaned up beautifully and his work was exceptional. He worked for a long time on this job to make it, not just right, but perfect. He is also such a gentle and courteous man that I had every confidence in leaving him alone in the flat. While he was working for me, I had a text message from Donovan one day to say that my aged dog had had an accident on the carpet. I was all set to dash back to the flat, Marigolds at the ready, when I got another message to tell me that the carpet had been cleaned, the dog was fine and that I shouldn't rush back. When I did get back to the flat, there was no trace of anything untoward on the carpet, Donovan had done such a thorough job of cleaning it. That was dedication above and beyond the call of duty, but it is typical of him that he just took it in his stride and didn't see that he had done anything special. His only concern was for the dog's health. His tiling work is superb and the shower looks and works better than it has ever done. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Donovan was very quick off the mark and contacted me very quickly after posting the job. He was very quick to visit the property and finalise the costings. I have been impressed by his effective and prompt communication and his desire to get things done quickly and effectively. I will not hesitate to use him again.

We are very pleased with the job - it has come out better than we hoped thanks to Donovan's good advice about how to make the tiling flush with the floor. We would definitely entrust him with bigger jobs in future as he obviously has the skills required.

The work done consisted of two parts. The first part was retiling a wall of mosaic tiles. This was done very well. The second part was regrouting some tiles. The grouting was initially not watertight. Although Donovan was happy to redo the grouting for no additional cost, the finish is not very good.

We are very happy with Donovan's work. He was friendly, punctual, hardworking, flexible and above all highly skilled. I would not hesitate to reccomend him.
