Sean from DJ Property Trades did a wonderful job of repairing my toilet. He was absolutely brilliant and made no mess at all. He was also a very pleasant young man and worked away quietly and quickly to get the job done perfectly. It was a very reasonable price also and I would have no hesitation in using this company again. A very happy customer.

What a job David and his future son in law done in ripping out my old bathroom and replacing it with a new one. From day one David was very professional and adhered to the covid rules at all times. We explained to Dave we thought the new bathroom should look like and he listened to us and at know time did he try and push his ideas on us, he was very honest and explained what he thought was possible and what he thought could not be achieved. We stay quite a bit away from his business but he came to our house at night with samples no matter the weather, more than I can say from other people that gave quotes., As for the job itself my wife and I are more than pleased with the conversion that Dave and his future son in law done for us, came first thing in the morning and carried out a full days work to a very professional standard, kept us up to date in what he was doing that day, and explained at the end of the day what he would be carrying out the next day. The standard of work was first class and to a very high standard, I would have no hesitation recommending Dave of DJ Property trades to anyone like looking for a first class tradesman no matter how large or small very he job, very polite at all times.keep up the good work David I certainly will use DJ Property trade again and I will pass your name on to anyone I know looking to get work done, thanks again Allan and Marion Curran

I advertised for a plumbing and heating engineer, and having met David from D J PROPERTY TRADES who arrived by appointment to survey my job, I decided that they were who I wanted for quite an intricate job. As it turned out, explained meticulously by David, the Gaffer, I would need to skim the walls where my existing radiators were, then paint the same. Rather than re-advertise for the necessary trades, a nightmare for me to then control the job, I phoned David with my dilemma. David had measured the job and said he will send you a very fair quote for the work required. True to his word, he e-mailed me more than reasonable prices, broken down so as to individualise each part, and the rest is history. D J PLUMBING came to my property as per David's instructions and carried out plumbing and heating engineer's work, split into 3 phases, plastering 2 walls in my lounge, and also provided the painters to decorate my lounge, my hallway (5 metres long) and my entrance lobby which is large and open. All of the above, trades in and out as per necessary, with my Wife and I kept up to date, by texts from David, the job went smoothly, co-ordinated and, you might say orchestrated, by David who was a pure STAR. I would recommend D J PROPERTY TRADES to anyone who wants the best Job done correctly first time. They carry a large team of trades, and I have no doubt that each would be highly skilled and not only experienced, but meticulous. D J PROPERTY TRADES ARE FIVE STAR

Sean arrived checked out the job and what was needed done completed the work and tidied up any mess that he made also asked us to check the work he had carried out i have no problems recomending them to anyon a big thank you to the team
