The quote provided was what I had in mind for the job so this was a good start. I had other quotes which were much greater than this one. The fact that I was also able to get the job done and dusted was a real bonus. They also threw in a replacement handle for another window for free. A receipt was also provided. Very good service

Rob responded promptly. He was very quick at providing a quote and explained what he planned to do and why it was needed. The work was done quickly with very little mess. He actually did more than originally quoted for and I will definitely use him again
