Nelson attended quickly and diagnosed the problem was due to a bodged installation by a previous company. Nelson provided a quote and work was able to start the following week. During this work, a further problem was found with a previously extended and now potentially dangerous chimney stack. Nelson amended the quote to include additional work on the chimney and I accepted. All work was completed within 3-days and the property was left in a tidy state afterwards. A very satisfactory outcome.

Daren came to install new flashing on the join from the conservatory roof to the main house. He arrived promptly, did the work to a high standard and without any fuss and charged what he were quoted. Very happy with Direct Roofing Installations. We would go back to them again.
