Prompt, efficient, polite and trustworthy... highly recommended.

Very impressed with Fred's service. Before attempting to fix the problem he was able to quickly assess a potential trouble spot. Even though he eventually felt he could overcome that, he soon discovered that the work would become more involved because we needed to empty the water tank, thus taking longer and potentially costing us more money than expected and with no guarantee of the job being sucessfully completed. He gave us our options but we(or the Missus?)decided not to go ahead - as the Missus had a master plan of changing the whole bathroom suite sometime in the near future! We felt it was more cost effective to change everything at once rather than paying twice for similar work. Fred was very understanding of our decision and did not charge us a penny. Although Fred didn't carry out any repairs on this occasion, we would happily call on his services again if necessary.

Fred identified a potential cause over the telephone and enabled me to fix it without calling him out. I would definitely call on Fred again in future.

Excellent communications and he came out to the job at short notice at the weekend. Once the job had been assessed our options were explained to us including estimates with no pressure applied and the work was completed in a very proffesional and timely manor. I would recommend Fred it anyone without a second thought and will be using again for an further work around the house.

Fred is very punctual on both coming for quote & for installation of the new boiler. He is very professional & give us lots of information & opinions on selecting a new boiler & what other accessories we needed to add. His quote is very reasonable, & his job is very clean & tidy.
