Great job and nice chap, would use again

Great job (reinforce wall to install shower screen, adjust gutter angle, overclad fascia with upvc) and quote was very reasonable. Recognised the true nature of our guttering issue. Turned up on the agreed date with good communication. Friendly and left room very tidy. Work completed to a high standard. Highly recommended - many thanks!

Fantastic! Wanted a doorway put into a internal wall, Dan was brilliant, he came to see the wall on a Thursday and the next Monday it was done. Worked out well for me as I could then get the flooring done before we moved in. He was also kind enough to lend me one of his tools to use on some doors. Very happy with a work and would highly recommend.

David phoned me within an hour of shortlisting. He arranged to visit the next day. He gave me a window and arrived at the beginning of the window. My description of the work needing done turned out to be incorrect. He spotted the real problem very quickly and it turned out to be more complicated than I had stated. This was not a problem to him and he explained clearly what was wrong and how he could fix it. Although it took much longer than both of us had expected he stuck to his original quote and made a lovely job of fixing my cabinets to the wall (the original fitter"s workmanship was at fault and the cupboards were in danger of falling down!). All in all, I was really pleased with the service and will not hesitate to call him if any jobs need doing in the future.

Guys done a great job , they were not put off by adverse weather, communicated well, no hidden costs or unexpected bills, turned up on time left the site very tidy and completed work to a high standard. I would highly recomend to anyone needing honest down to earth tradesman, will use again without question.

We had a double glazed window which would not open and a fogged up double glazed window. Dan came to estimate the job and gave a date and time to do the work. He arrived at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. One window had the glass replaced and the other one had a new locking strip. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the whole experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Pat Smith, Andover

DH Property Services helped us with a variety of jobs from roofing, guttering, water tanks replacement, loft hatch opening and new wall partitions. They worked extremely hard, have always been on time and were giving us a help and advice on other aspects of our projects.
