Great communication. Doesn't waste time, Bryan got stuck in straight away. 2 gas safety records now up to date - thank you! I had a gas smell when trying to use the boiler, Bryan who is one of the friendliest and most courteous guys you'll meet, came round and really went out of his way to find the mystery gas leak without destroying my new flooring. I can't recommend this company enough, thanks again Bryan
