DGS HEATING
Firstly the statement is not entirely true. I apologised for missing the 1st appointment which was supposed to be at 12 o'clock. Unfortunately previous job was trickier than expected and customer only rang me at 7pm to see where I was. We then rescheduled another appointment for Friday 14th at 12 o'clock. However before attending the job I received this feedback regarding not turning up for a 2nd time when this time customer got the date wrong. Even my wife reminded me on the day to make sure I didn't forget as she heard the phone call and new date of booking. I've asked mybuilder and Chris to alter the statement as its currently incorrect. Hopefully this won't put people off future work. Kind regards Daniel
