Daniel was great. He came out the next day and was able to diagnose the fault quickly. He then kindly quoted for a part replacement & repair or (as proved necessary with the broken part) a new combi boiler. We decided on going for a new boiler as ours was very old anyway. He sourced all the parts and was able to install the new boiler the next day which in the snow & icey weather was really appreciated. Daniel was professional, personable and worked solidly and hard all day. We would happily recommend him and will keep his number for the future.
