I was actually a bit uncertain about using this website as I only like to use tradesmen that are recommended by friends/family and on this occasion it wasn't possible and so I felt this way to get my work completed was the only option. However, Danny was great. The quality of work really was excellent- he knew what he was doing and did it expertly, quickly and tidied up after himself. Communication was great and he turned up at the time arranged and for me it was an extremely stress free experience. Very happy with his work and the lad with him was just as focussed, efficient and capable as he was. If you do decide to use him, make sure you say that you were swayed by Nikki's review of his work at Becket Avenue so if I use him again I might be able to negotiate a discount ;) lol.

Good work. Dan fitted a door for us. Came over and finished the job in good time. I felt comfortable leaving Daniel to get on with the work without supervision as I left the house. I came back to find everything pretty much finished as I had hoped. After fitting the door furniture myself I noticed an issue which couldn't have been anticipated: Dan was eager to come back and finish the job without extra charge. Good service.

Absolutely could not ask for a better person to do the job. Dan is straightforward, friendly, giving you all the options simply. Dan got my confidence pretty much immediately being responsive and personable. The work was carried out with so little fuss. The workmanship is brilliant. I am so delighted to have been able to have Dan do this job and have made sure I have kept his details for future work.

Defreitas construction repaired our front retaining wall which had partially collapsed. Daniel contacted me and visited to quote within 24 hours, and gave a fair quote, carrying out the work the same weekend. Daniel and his assistant finished the work to a high standard, and left the site spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely be contacting them for any future bricklaying jobs.

Hired Dan to clear my guttering on the front and rear elevations for a very reasonable price. Dan completed the job without any hassle and even took photographs of the guttering to show me the cleaning results. He also cleaned up any debris that had fallen to ground level. Highly recommended.

Dan has both completed and overseen many jobs at our house. Specifically pointing, concrete floor laying, brick laying and rendering. Dan is very much a professional tradesman; arriving on time, completing the jobs in the time and cost quoted, he is easily contactable, cleans the site after every visit and is very reliable. Based on the work I have had done and Dan's considerable expertise I would recommend him if you are looking for any of these jobs or many others in your construction. I will be using him again for future work.

I was referred to Daniel by a good friend of mine in which Daniel had done some work at their home previous, I called Daniel as I wanted my kitchen refurbished, I was very pleased as he helped redesign an also shown me many possible helpful ideas for space saving but still keeping plenty storage space available, during the build I felt really comfortable with trusting Daniel in my apartment without me being there, he is very attentive an understanding in my opinion, I'd definitely recommend Daniel as a builder, very pleased, works carried out in time an very tidy.
