    Re-pointing semi-detached house
    Derrick was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the job required. He arrived promptly to assess the building and gave a very reasonable quote. The job was completed on time and was done perfectly, with accompanying guarantee. I will definitely recommend Derrick for any pointing work.

    Repointing
    Derrick completed the gable end repointing And Job was ok but Wouldn’t hire He finished & left without informing my 83yr old gran, so she had no chance to check, despite saying he would. He asked for payment, but the job wasn’t finished. We had to get him back to do the water seal, finish the corner of the gable end, & complete other agreed work. The gable end was done well, but the front had loose mortar pushed in & some again missed, & the back wall was hardly touched even though paid (pictures) The site was left messy, with mortar splatters. We paid for extra work, which felt rushed. We paid fully because my gran didn’t want the stress of more back&forth. withholding guarantee until I remove my accidental 1⭐️ review which won’t be changed Derrick claims he intended to come back for the water seal, but only returned after I raised issues. He also said no payment was requested before completion, but messages show otherwise and still no guarantee as can’t guarantee a bad job

    I’ll start off by saying I’m really surprised and disappointed at this review as up until yesterday piers and his gran were more than happy with the work. I spoke to his gran everyday on the job and she was a nice lady which I kept informed but didn’t want to mither her too much as she mentioned her grandson was dealing with it. It wasn’t until the 3rd and final day I met piers which to be honest turned up quite arrogant and full of self importance (we’ve all met em) He was a young lad around 20-21 years old. I shown him around the in which he didn’t really seem interested and ask would I do a few extras. I agreed to do the extra work but told him there would be an added cost, he then left. I msged him to tell him we’ve finished but we would be back Saturday morning to waterseal the gable, I then msged him the new price with the extras included. (No money was asked for at this point), when I finished the work I them msged him my bank details, which he paid almost instantly Im comfused

    Repointing two walls of an end terrace
    Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and even arrived earlier than expected due to a previous job finishing sooner. Completed the job to a very high standard and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Great price too for the work involved.

    Repointing if end terrace
    The job was delayed by the weather but only took a couple of days longer than expected. The site was left tidy at the end of each day and every where was jet washed when job was finished

    Back house wall repointing
    Great customer service, and work was done to a good standard. Dean and Derrick both fast reliable workers

    Repointing outside walls
    Derrick got the job done fairly quickly and for a reasonable price too. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction, Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Damp on external wall
    Derrick came out to look at some damp on an external wall. He turned up when he said he would, actually brought and used ladders - unlike others who came out to quote - and was friendly, polite and helpful throughout. He returned to do the work a few days later and again was on time and professional. I would recommend Deanway and would use them again.

    Pointing front of house
    I had damp problems with ingress of water into the house. Deanway gave good professional advice undertook the work quickly and competently. The work solved the damp in all but one minor location . On going back to Deanway they came back out and resolved this problem. I would recommend the company
