Derrick provided a reasonable quote, was able to schedule the work in really quickly, and made sure to go over the job details at the quote and also on the day of the work starting. I have had very bad experience with trades men in the past but Deanway pointing have really changed that for me. Infact, the job they did was to correct all the bad jobs done by others. Derrick and Dean his son were very helpful, professional and on point with time and standard of their job. I had complete peace of mind while they were working as I work night shifts I didn't need to supervise them but everytime I got to go look at the job I was happy . They went far and above and didn't ask for any upfront payment, i made payment after the job was completed and I was happy. What more can I say, they made me happy as other trades men have made me cried in the past. If any of my friends ever needed what Deanway does, I will definitely refer them. From the start of the job to the end Derrick was polite and professional. Work was completed within the agreed timescale give or take a few days based on weather. He accommodated my request of adding lime to the mortar and used a seal of my choice based on the advice of my surveyor. Derrick promised from the start that he would come back if there was anything that was missed or if I wasn’t happy with anything and he kept to his word. He even gave me some spare mortar to use on a loose coping stone at my mums house. Happy with the job and I would happily use again.
