    Garden studio roof replacement. Metal sheeting.
    Danny was very pleasant to deal with. Very hard working. We are delighted with his work.

    Dormer fascia
    Danny and Jordan did a great job on our dormer window fascias. The end result looks really good and I am very pleased. They both worked quickly and professionally. Danny also kindly removed an old tv aerial which had come loose, which was a bonus. It now has me thinking that perhaps the other fascias on the house need the same treatment. Would happily use them again.

    Replacement of approx 15 roof tiles
    Danny arrived promptly and completed the job satisfactorily. He also removed a plant growing from the roof at no extra cost . I would recommend Kent based roofing.

    Put in 6m of flashing for a rear lean-to roof
    Danny did a great job! I posted the ad at the weekend, he quoted quickly, and completed the job by Wednesday evening. His quote was very reasonable and everything went very smoothly with absolutely no complications. I highly recommend Danny for all your roofing needs.

    Replacement of ridge tiles on hips to clay bonnets
    Danny was excellent start to finish 👍. Did a great job working on a Kent peg pile roof, kept me informed throughout the job. I would highly recommend. Thank-you.

    Reconnect guttering to down pipe at front of house

    Replace front and back gutters
    We originally asked for new gutters as our current ones are old and have a leak. However, Danny suggested that they are still in good condition and he could reseal the gutter join that was causing the leak, but to let him know if it starts leaking again and he would come back and fix it for free. Not long after, it started leaking again so we contacted Danny who said he'd come and fix it on a specific day. However, he didn't turn up up and didn't let us know. After we asked him why he hadn't come, he apologised and said he would be there the next day. However, once again he failed to show up. We then went through this process another 3 times (so 5 separate days when he said he would come and didn't!) Not once did we receive any warning that he wouldn't be able to come, despite us calling and messaging multiple times to no response. We have been very patient and polite each time but Danny is now completely ignoring us. It's very rude and unprofessional to not turn up without letting us know, especially on 5 different occasions, when we have to arrange with our employer to be at home. Not only do we not have new gutters as originally asked for, we're still stuck with a leak and have essentially paid Danny for not resolving the problem and feel robbed.

    Sorry to hear this but the reason you wanted new gutters front and back was because they was dirty. I simply said to you instead of replacing them they can be cleaned to save you money. You did not know about the leaking joiner until i said i had to seal one of your joiners cause it was leaking as if i knew it was leaking before i would have brought one with me. I said if it does leak and im in the area i will swing by and do it unfortunatelly i have not been in the area.

    Flashing replacement, some guttering and downpipe
    Danny was great. He went out of his way to do the work as soon as possible for which we are very grateful. He did a really good job for a good price. Very happy.

    Guttering and Fascias
    Five star service. Danny at 'Kent based roofing' removed moss from our roof and treated, replaced guttering and attached new facia boards and soffits. Danny came to view the job the same day are arrived to carry out the work as discussed. Danny was prompt, polite and carried out all the work to a high standard at a competitive price. Would highly recommend.
