After putting hours of my own time into visiting the customers twice,speaking to tile suppliers, sales reps,sourcing a third party to carry out extra work involved in the project,my initial quote had to be rectified due to redrow refusing to authorise the third party to carry out the removal and refitting of the kitchen,before and after the tiling work.Nothing was agreed after I submitted the second quote,certainly no start date for the work.I have all emails,sent and received,between the customer and me to confirm this.I feel negative feedback for what seems to be a breakdown in communication is very harsh and unnecessary.
