Job Well Done and quick response

Wasn't made aware of the £50 call out charge. However he did thoroughly check loft for leaking pipes, lifted up installation to check, but in the end it turned out to be some sort of fungi/moss due to water patch, that he just wiped off the ceiling at the end of his c20min inspection - and i thought it could be something major! It did pass my thought that perhaps this is something someone in the trade would have spotted instantly - then again, may its not so simple, hence i'm neutral.

This job was for a rental property so I wasn't there but David kept me informed throughout and did a good job for a fair price. I would use him again.

David came and fixed a blocked sink and bath. He was able to do the job on the day requested and was here within an hour of confirming. He was very professional, polite and helpful and completed the job (quite a difficult and messy one) in 90mins. He cleaned up after the work and gave some useful advise for avoiding the blockage in the future. He also switched a tap head which had been put on the wrong way. Would recommend and use again.
