    Stuck/frozen cold inlet tap for hot water tank

    Job went sideways when a new problem was discovered but David immediately found the required part, went out to get it, and returned and completed the job. My wife commented that he was very polite!

    Investigate & fix slow leak behind bath panel

    David Storey attended our property very quickly and correctly identified that the leak wasn't in our flat at all. It was in the communal plumbing behind the bathroom wall, which has now been fixed by the building management organisation. This has saved us so much time and expense - thank you so much! He was also very careful with COVID precautions and great to deal with. I would highly recommend David to anyone.
