I had a very quick response from David (thank you!) and I'm very happy with the work he did to rectify the leaky seal. While he was here, he spotted another small problem which he fixed, and he provided me with helpful advice on a plumbing challenge I have coming up. All good!

Polite and friendly, David fixed the toilet efficiently, quickly and neatly and at a competitive price. He has advised on acquiring parts for an old but good tap to fix the leak rather than going to the expense of buying a new one to replace and will be returning to complete when parts have arrived.
