Fit kitchen units supplied by B & Q and decorate

Dave did an excellent job fitting kitchen units and decorating. As well as being a thoroughly nice man to deal with, he was extremely competetively priced, very professional in all aspects, reliable and hard working and I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him.

    Remove/replace 6 existing internal doors
Dave fitted six internal doors at my house recently, he was punctual, very knowledgable and showed great attention to detail from beginning (when he came to quote) to the work he carried out. He was really helpful and a couple of times suggested ways of doing things that were a benefit to me at no additional cost - things that other tradesmen had missed when they also looked at the job. He was also incredibly tidy too, cleaning up after the job was completed and taking the rubbish away with him. The thing that most impressed me was he worked so hard from the moment he arrived until sweeping up at the end of the day, he was very competitive when he quoted and did the work in half the time others had specified to a very high standard. I work for a FM Services company so I've worked with various contractors to measure people against and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Dave again.

laid laminate floor in dining room

I really have no problems with Dave at all, I can't fault him in any way. Dave has done quiet a few jobs for me in the past. I will certainly be using Dave again in the future.

Internal Doors & Frames to be fitted

Dave gave a good price and came around with a brochure for me to pick the handles and the doors. He was early and the workmanship was good. My only critism is that the doors were meant to be white but instead they look grey and I will now have to paint them, which I was not expecting. The brochure gave the impression the doors were brilliant white which was not the case.

    Answer from tradesperson:

the doors in the brochure are all finished to a decorative finish, the doors supplied were primed white, even pre-finished doors will need to be decorated on the edges where the door is shaved to fit
