After being told extensive damp and timber work was needed , I decide to use Charlie for a second opinion. I am so glad I did as he was very honest and helpful. An upgrade of the old damp course was completed and I now have Charlie back undertaking some additional jobs as I have a bit of a renovation project going on at the moment.
