Came out quickly to help me assess the problem. Gave a great quote and different options I had to help me actually save some money instead of spending money. They arrived on time if not slightly earlier, they text to say they were on their way so I was prepared for their arrival. They were polite, curtios and careful of our belongings whilst carrying tools up the stairs. As soon as they arrived they got on with the job that needed doing and wouldn't even stop for a brew when I asked if they wanted one as it was very warm. Very hard working men even tidied up after theyd finished. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if I needed any further work needed doing.

The job was completed to a high standard & although there was a small moment of panic when they lost the original quote listing what work was to be completed, it was rectified straight away with a polite, pleasant & professional attitude. Charlie and his team did a great job on our house! We were first time buyers so didnt really know where to start, but found Charlie as our house needed damp proofing. He was great, super quick, reasonable and efficient. Asides from the damp work, we also wanted a wall knocking down, an under the stairs toilet fitting, gutters clearing and pretty much the whole house plastering! We asked Charlie for a quote. It was very reasonable! We went with him as we were happy with his quality of workmanship and trusted him. The overall work was very good and now we are delighted we have someone to carry out work for us! Charlie, his son CJ and the rest of the team did a great job renovating our property. Charlie came round exactly when he said he would to give us a quote, and he gave us a very fair price. He started the work on time, and they were very efficient and communicated during the whole process. When there were a few small things we wanted changing, Charlie and the team were always on hand to rectify things, and we are very happy with the end result. I would definitely use Charlie again, and would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Great job, did exactly what they said they would. Would highly recommend. The guys were pleasant and very helpful. All the guys were obsessed with cleaning and left the job clean and tidy on both days. Will use again for my next home improvement jobs.
