Job well done and good advice given

I'd recommend the services of Charlie and Damp- Tech. Great communication, fast response and professional service. Charlie re-did the damp proof course on a Victorian terrace that I am renovating. I identified the areas requiring attention but after Charlie inspected - he offered to do the whole lot, for no extra charge.

Would recommend Damp-tech. Super fast response - they came to look at the job at 8pm on a Saturday Night! Very happy with completed work and would use again.

Charles came round to my home to give me a quote for a damp proof course and possible rendering of the back of my mid.terrace home. However, he ended up fixing a water leak, which was penetrating from a pipe under my kitchen concrete floor, which had flooded the previous night. He totally altered his day to accomodate my urgency. I cannot thank him enough, especially as he fixed the leak without any previous notice, reassured me everything would be ok, he was sincere and honest, and even tidyed up after himself. Damp Tech has recently installed remedial cavity wall ties in my 1930s semi, to all 3 walls. The job was required by my mortgage lender as one of the 2 mortgage conditions. Damp Tech gave me a very competitive quote. They did the job quickly (it took about 5 hours) and provided me with necessary paperwork for the mortgage lender, as well as 30 year warranty certificate. I would use them again.

I am pleased with the work that has been done. The real test will be if the house is still dry in a few years time unlike with the last contractor who did it.
